At CRESTAR, it is our mission to provide quality educational programmes and services. As part of our mission to promote lifelong learning, CRESTAR Education Malaysia (CEM) has successfully registered as a HRDC Corp Registered Training Provider .

HRD Corp Registered Training Provider refers to the company or organisation that acts as a Training Vendor to HRD Corp Registered Employers. In general, HRD Corp Registered Employers are allowed to make claims by attending trainings conducted by HRD Corp Registered Training Providers.

WHAT IS HRD CORP?

HRD Corp is responsible for driving Malaysia’s talent development aspirations through the collection of levy from employers and the funding of training and development programmes for the Malaysian workforce. In recent years they have evolved their mission to also include driving employment and industrial training placements, career coaching and counselling and developing income generating opportunities for Malaysians from a diverse range of skillsets, backgrounds and capabilities.

For Enterprises/employers with more than 10 employees are required to pay 1% of each employee’s salary to the human resource development fund every month as the financial cost required for human resource development, which will be used for future application for reimbursement of various business activities. There is a direct benefit to the cost of human resources course training.
